Doug is very knowledgeable with respect to the human body. I have fibromyalgia and in the 8 years that I have lived in NC, there have been very few massage therapists that I have found to be  capable of working with my muscle spasms and trigger points.  Unlike many other fibromyalgia patients I require a deep tissue massage of which Doug is very in tune with as well as knowing when I need a lighter touch.  I would recommend Doug to anyone looking for a tension relieving massage.
