INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE THERAPY RATES

30 minute massage:	$45
60 minute massage	$75
90 minute massage:	$105

 

Travel Fee: Any ‘In home’ or out of the office appointment, within a 5 mile radius or 15 minute drive of our main office incurs a $25.00 travel fee. Outside the radius, up to a 30 minute drive from our office will incur a $50.00 travel fee.  This is a ‘Per-destination’ tariff, not a per massage at the destination charge.  * map . Click here to view map

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are availabe in monetary values or 30/60/90 minute time frames. You can call or go on line for an ‘instant gift certificate’ that you can print out immediately.

On-Site/Corporate  Chair Massage

On-Site Massage: Corporate Chair Massage Events. $1.50 a minute with a minimum of 10 minutes per person and a minimum of 5 persons per site. (Our travel fee is waived for On-site muscle therapy programs.)

SERIES PROGRAM

Prepay for five sessions and get the sixth session free.

The advantage of a series program is that there is no time limit or restriction to using the series.   You can use the series at your leisure and not have to be bothered with checks or credit cards after a relaxing session. In addition to the series package being available to your spouse, family or guests upon your permission.

6 x 30 minutes = $225

6 x 60 minutes = $375

6 x 75 minutes = $450

6 x 90 minutes = $525

ANNUAL PREVENTION AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Reap the benefits of consistency and regularity with our “Annual Prevention & Maintenance Program.”   Receiving massage on a routine basis, allows the body  time to cleanse its tissues,  and  be a catalyst of rejuvenation; boosting the immune system, thereby preventing illness and injury & improving the quality of life and sleep.

In addition to the physical benefits you gain, you will reap the financial savings of monthly perseverance for a year.   The rate starts at the publicized fee and will gradually and consistently  decrease over the year’s time.  (see the chart below)

Upon successful completion of the year, you will be rewarded with the opportunity to recommitt and be protected from any inflationary price increases that may occur. You will be guaranteed the previous years fees for an additional year.

Joining the “Annual Prevention & Maintenance Program” is easy. It simply requires an ‘old fashioned’  verbal committmentof scheduling a massage appointment once a month, for a 12 month period.   The program allows for flexibity in the duration of a massage.  It can be 30-60-90 minute sessions interchangably.  There are NO upfront costs or contracts to sign. This is open & available to individuals, couples, families, work-groups or sports teams. If there is a need for more than one massage a month, the rate would stand for that specific  month.

UNFORTUNATELY,  Gift Certificates/Gift Cards and/or other ‘specials’ can not apply to this program. Two (2) consecutive missed months voids the verbal agreement.

Insurance Billing

Bodywork Connections is unable to  bill your insurance company directly for therapeutic muscle therapy but we can give you an insurance reimbursement form with the corresponding treatment codes and fees,  inclusive of our license number and documentation of services provided for your submittal to your health insurance company for potential reimbursement.

~Policies~

Cancellations

~We request  a 24 hour courtesy cancellation notice.~

Unfortunately,  If you need to cancel an appointment, with less than 24 hours notice; “same day”, we  enforce a 50% fee of the services.  One exception, is if we are able to fill your appointed time slot with someone from our waiting list.

If an appointment is missed altogether, (no phone call, No Show) you will be  billed for the scheduled time.  This is inclusive of Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates will have the missed appointment deducted from the valued amount.

Overbooking

If  Bodywork Connections makes an error in scheduling, or has to reschedule due to “same day” illness of the therapist or simply causes you an inconvenience, you will be given a 50% discount on your  scheduled appointment.

Late for an appointment

If you are over 15 minutes late for an appointment, without notification, the office will attempt to fill the time slot.  We much prefer a phone call or email to communicate.
